Fall is here and we can feel it in the air. Slowly the tomato plants which are no longer producing are being removed and the cool weather crops are going in. It's a time of transition between seasons and crops.
Next up in the Garden in a few weeks is the annual PCA Meeting. This is a meeting of the Pacific Coast Association which is comprised of 8 congregations and ministries stretching from Silver City, NM west to us and up the West Coast to Seattle. Each year this group of churches, ministries and pastors gather to do business and learn something. This year we are co-hosting with Wayfarers Chapel. Friday and Saturday we'll be in San Pedro between the Garden and meeting space at the Annex across the street and Sunday we'll worship with the Wayfarers Chapel Worshiping Community. If you are interested in attending or volunteering you learn more here: Meeting information
or Sign up here.
This Sunday we are continuing our sermon series on Truth, Power and Politics with a closer look at the Prophet Isaiah's words about justice returning to Jerusalem.
We hope you can join us Sunday!
In Faith,
Rev. Amanda
