Happy Thanksgiving, we have a lot to be grateful for here at the Garden Church, we pray that this holiday finds you well and full of Thanksgiving.
This Sunday, just after the turkeys are cooked, is the first Sunday in Advent and our community's annual Spirit of San Pedro Holiday Parade. As we have for the last few years the garden will open at 1pm as parade observes gather to watch the parade which passes right past the Garden. We will also have marchers in the parade again this year. If you want to join us, please reach out, the more the merrier.
As we begin to observe the Christian season of Advent we will light our advent wreath, and spend time with the scripture passages which surround the birth of Christ. As we did in the summer we will include short dramatic pieces in our worship time together. We hope you can join us for this Holy season as we prepare ourselves for God's Advent onto this world.
